What is the post-signup verification process?

To ensure your visitors that the seal information is current and updated, you will receive an Constant Contact notification per month.

Constant Contact will automatically place a phone call to the phone number you used when you signed up for your new Engage Commerce seal. If the phone number changes, you can always update the information from your control panel.

Once you receive the Constant Contact update notification, you have 48 hours to process the update.
