Engage Commerce certifications are paid annually. The renewal process is not automatic, so there is no need to request a service cancellation after your seal expires.

What is the post-signup verification process?

It is a process that involves a constant verification of our customers' email addresses and phone numbers to keep the seal information current and updated. Engage Commerce performs 12 automatic verifications per year.
